Lastly, when you start your AppsAnywhere journey, you don’t become a customer… you become a partner. Therefore, once your AppsAnywhere platform is all up and running, you will have a dedicated Customer Success Manager to help assist you with any support or questions you may have.

Once your purchase is complete, your AppsAnywhere journey begins:

  • Within 2 working days, we kickstart your AppsAnywhere journey. You will receive a welcome email introducing you to the AppsAnywhere Team with any additional information to help you get ready for the initial meeting.
  • Project Lift-Off takes place approximately 5 working days later and more information on this stage is below.
  • Overall, it is estimated to take up to 20 working days to complete setup and training. Then your AppsAnywhere platform will be up and running for students and staff alike.

As you start to embark on your AppsAnywhere journey, our Sales and Customer Success Team will discuss with you about your success objectives and how we can maximise your benefits with our platform. This initial stage will highlight key project details such as, roles and responsibilities, project success criteria and include useful information such as our deployment guide. At this stage you will also gain access to Guide CX, our customer onboarding tool to give a top-level overview of the project steps and progress through them.

Technical Session & Support Review

We pride ourselves on providing attentive and tailored support to our customers, therefore from time to time there may be a need to arrange a dedicated call to work through and action multiple tickets or review your AppsAnywhere environment. During this call your dedicated Customer Success Manager and our Head of Support will review any current open tickets you may have and create tailored actions for each ticket. In addition to this we’ll also perform a technical review of your AppsAnywhere environment. This will ensure your AppsAnywhere service is consistently performing at the highest level.
