At AppsAnywhere, we have a wealth of experience in application deployment and with years’ worth of knowledge from implementing our platform, we have redesigned our highly successful, tailored approach to bring you all the benefits of AppsAnywhere Cloud.

This process has been designed to get your AppsAnywhere Cloud platform up and running in an efficient and effective way that ensures you make the most of all the new features and benefits it has to offer. We also provide training to ensure you are equipped with the latest best practices to deliver world-class support to your students and staff. On top of all this, we can create bespoke marketing material if you wish to relaunch your platform, or if it’s simply just been a while since you got the word out about your AppsAnywhere service.

Lastly, as a current AppsAnywhere customer, you will know that during the project you will have a dedicated Customer Success Manager to help and assist you.

Purchase

Once your purchase is complete, your AppsAnywhere Cloud journey begins.

  • Within 5 working days we will kickstart your AppsAnywhere Cloud journey. You will receive an email introducing you to your dedicated AppsAnywhere Team who will be working with you during your transition to AppsAnywhere Cloud.
  • Project Lift-Off takes place approximately 10 working days after.

Overall, it is estimated to take up to 15 days to setup and complete the training necessary for your AppsAnywhere Cloud deployment.

Project Lift-Off

As you start to embark on your AppsAnywhere Cloud journey, your committed Customer Success and Implementations Team will discuss with you your success objectives and timeframes for the project. In this initial stage we will highlight key project details such as, roles and responsibilities, project success criteria and include useful information such as our deployment guide, which will provide you with all the technical requirements to implement AppsAnywhere Cloud. At this stage you will also gain access to Guide CX, our customer onboarding tool, to give a top-level overview of the project steps and progress through them. This call will also be an opportunity to ask any technical questions regarding your AppsAnywhere Cloud environment.

    Following the configuration of your AppsAnywhere Cloud environment your dedicated Implementation Consultant will review and help guide you through the population of your Appstore. This will involve reviewing your provisions, applications, LMS integration, branding, feature utilization, delivery methods and user groups ready for Go-Live. Using your institutions usage data and making the orientation entirely unique to you, the session will focus on understanding usage levels, creating dashboards and scheduling reports.
